Halfway to 100 and Freebie!

We had our 50th day of school this week and it was very exciting!! I have already gotten the kids so hyped up about the 100th day that we had to do something to keep them on the hook :)

We started our afternoon completing our "All About 50!" work page together. We explored all of the different ways that we can see the number 50. We wrote the number word, representation, filled in a hundred chart (to 50) and used that chart to answer questions about numbers that come before and after 50.

Best of all, I created 3 different differentiated worksheets that I am giving away as a FREEBIE! I have a REALLY diverse class so I have to do this for basically anything I create for them. A lot of work for me in the process, but it makes doing work as a class easier for me, as I don't have to stand over certain students basically doing the work for them and watch other students rolling their eyes because they finished 5 minutes ago. You know the drill haha!

So here they are:
All About 50 Worksheet
All About 50 Challenge Worksheet
All About 50 Easy Worksheet

I hope someone can use them! My kiddos loved them and it was wonderful practice writing our numbers!

I am new to blogging, so if these links don't work, please feel free to e-mail me (semoellering@gmail.com) and I will gladly e-mail them to you!

Have a good weekend!
Sarah

Ooo, I like your differentiated worksheets!! I have the same problem as you with your diverse class. Too bad my 50th day was on Tuesday and I just found you now!! Oh well, I'll save them for next year. :)

Marvelous Multiagers!

Great activities! I've never celebrated the 50th day, but it seems like a cute idea! Our 50th is later since our school year starts after Labor Day. Thanks!
